This role is vital for monitoring and maintaining our network operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and swift issue resolution. • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of services.
• Respond promptly to network alarms and alerts, identifying root causes and initiating corrective actions.
• Coordinate with higher-level NOC engineers and other IT teams to resolve complex network incidents.
• Document network status, incidents, and resolutions clearly and concisely for future reference.
• Perform routine network maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and configuration audits.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding network status and ongoing issues.
• Support the implementation of new network technologies and assist with related testing activities.

• Saudi National with valid proof of nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of network protocols, devices, and troubleshooting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Willingness to work in shifts to provide 24/7 network support.
• Eager to learn and grow within the network operations domain.
