A leading construction firm in the Riyadh Region is seeking a Quantity Accountant to oversee project quantities and ensure accurate reporting. Responsibilities include reviewing executed quantities, using specialized software, and conducting site visits. Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience and preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree. This role is essential for maintaining project integrity and financial accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education not less than a diploma.
- At least 6 years of experience in quantity accounting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review and count the quantities executed.
- Use specialized programs to calculate quantities.
- Supervise projects and monitor progress.
- Review project plans and quantities.
- Conduct field visits to sites to oversee work progress.
- Study and evaluate business item needs.
- Audit outstanding payments.
