This role is crucial in supporting the organization’s mission to integrate sustainability into all aspects of program management, ensuring compliance with environmental policies and enhancing social impact. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability and possess the ability to implement effective strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote ecological integrity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives across various projects.
2. Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to evaluate current practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Engage with project teams to provide guidance on sustainable materials selection, energy efficiency, and waste management strategies.
4. Monitor sustainability performance against set metrics and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Develop training and awareness programs to promote sustainability practices among employees and contractors.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and environmental management.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainability or environmental management.
3. Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, environmental regulations, and best practices.
4. Excellent analytical skills and experience in data collection and reporting.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
