Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in electrical systems, power distribution, switchgear, or industrial solutions.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong background in production management and industrial methods.

We are looking for an experienced Production & Industrial Methods Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations within a fast-growing industrial and power solutions organization. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement across production and industrial engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities

• 🔹 Lead and manage production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
• 🔹 Develop and optimize industrial methods, workflows, and manufacturing processes
• 🔹 Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S)
• 🔹 Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams
• 🔹 Analyze production KPIs and implement corrective actions
• 🔹 Support capacity planning, layout optimization, and equipment utilization
• 🔹 Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and company policies
• 🔹 Lead, mentor, and develop production and industrial engineering teams

Qualifications & Experience

• ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• ✅ 8–12+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in electrical systems, power distribution, switchgear, or industrial solutions
