Coordinate with third-party logistics or contractors when needed. Ensure all dispatch documents (Delivery Order, Invoice, Label, COA etc.) are accurate and complete. Verify customer requirements, delivery instructions, and statutory compliance for transported goods. Communicate delivery plans to warehouse staff, and sales team. Update on delivery status or delays promptly. Analyze delivery performance and suggest improvements in scheduling or routing.
