Job description

Summarize / Overview of the objective of the role.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role for overseeing and coordinating all warehouse activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe handling of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods within the food and beverage manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards while maintaining effective inventory control, proper storage conditions, and timely material flow to support production schedules.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse Operations: Plan and lead warehouse teams in performing daily warehouse operations i.e. receiving, storage, and dispatch finished goods.
• Warehouse & Inventory Management: Execute timely and accurate records for Good Receipts (GR) and Good Issue (GI) posting in SAP Hana system. Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accuracy between physical stock and SAP Hana system records.
• Logistics & Dispatch: Plan and coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and courier agencies to ensure shipments for timely delivery of finished goods.
• Compliance & Documentation: Manage and maintain documentation goods received and dispatched for audits and reporting.
• Team Coordination: Liaise with procurement, production and logistic teams to ensure raw material and finished goods availability. Coordinate finished goods transfers, adjustments, and returns as needed.
• Mentor and Train: Provide guidance, training and evaluation for warehouse teams, fostering a skilled and motivated team.
• Ensure Safety, Halal, GMP, HACCP Compliance: Implement all company regulations, Safety, Halal, GMP, HACCP requirements and best practices across all warehouse activities.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 to 3 years related working experience in warehouse management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Possess a recognized Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or in related field.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control i.e. SAP Hana, WMS, ERP, Bi Tool, Knime.

Strong ability to lead teams, and capable to engaging with internal teams and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, for efficiently managing inventory, optimizing warehouse operations, and ensuring smooth supply chain flow.
