The Role: Sales Assistant cum Cashier

• Responsible for cashiering duties
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Maximize sales and profitability through professional handling of promotional sales transactions
• Maintain cash transactions accurately according to SOP and keep proper records of operations
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers

The Role: Supervisor

• Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation
• Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)
• Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)
• To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
• Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth
• Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer
• Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
• Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
