Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Travel Advisor based in Kochi. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for crafting personalized travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role includes creating and managing itineraries, handling bookings, and collaborating with clients to deliver unique travel experiences tailored to their needs and preferences.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Experience in Travel Arrangements, including itinerary planning and booking
  • Familiarity with Travel Agency operations and processes
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • A passion for travel and knowledge of destinations, particularly South India and the Andaman Islands
  • Ability to work on‑site in Mumbai, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality services
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
