Job description

Thakral One is looking for a Telesales Sales Manager with 5-8 years of experience in telesales or call centre management. leading 100+ agents, driving sales performance, coaching teams, and managing multiple stakeholders across vendors and in-house teams. Experience in telecommunications, broadband, or financial services is preferred.

The Role.
  • Oversee day to day telesales operations with 100+ call center agents
  • Coach agents on customer sales and service skillsets
  • Support agile sales experimentations (i.e., new scripts, new offers, new tools)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (i.e., call centre vendors, in-house remote sales management team, product teams and technology teams)
The Expertise.
  • 5-8 years' experience in telesales or call centre management (at least 2 years in a team lead or manager role)
  • Experience in telecommunications, broadband, or financial services preferred
  • Track record of leading high-performing sales teams (50+ agents).
  • Experience working with outsourced vendors or BPO environments is highly advantageous
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin or Tamil is a plus
  • Demonstrated comfort working on short-term contracts or agile pilot projects.
