A technology service company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking candidates for a technical support role focused on Apple products. Applicants should have a minimum SPM qualification, experience in sales and service, and be proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in shifts, and work independently as well as in teams. Minimum SPM qualification with experience in sales & service. Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Great communication and interpersonal skill. Team player, also able to work independently with minimum supervision. Proficient in computer hardware/software troubleshooting. Experience with iOS/MAC an added advantage. Good working attitude and working ethics. Must be able to work in rotation shifts, even in public holidays. Tech savvy, sufficient knowledge on Apple Products. MAC/IOS Tech Certification is an added advantage.
