• Proven experience building and scaling technical communities or learning programs.
• Strong program and project management capabilities.
• Skilled facilitator and storyteller, able to coach others and communicate with impact.
• Experience with learning platforms, metrics tracking, and data-driven insights.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Strong cross-regional stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.
• Adaptability, curiosity, and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain technology communities to promote knowledge sharing.
• Design and deliver enablement programs that accelerate adoption of tools.
• Develop technical learning pathways and a unified learning calendar.
• Lead local innovation initiatives and translate insights into actionable outcomes.
• Measure and report learning engagement and adoption outcomes.
• Adapt global programs for local relevance and ensure alignment.
• Represent Enablement & Innovation in KL and build relationships.
