Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities (screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial resume screening and basic phone interviews.
• Coordinate interview arrangements with key account managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Support recruitment projects and hiring campaigns.

Skills

Good communication skills (spoken and written)

Organized, responsible, and willing to learn

Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, email)

Education

Minimum SPM / Diploma

Bachelor’s Degrees in Human Resources, Information Technology, Psychology, Engineering or related field
