Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of work experience with Spring framework or equivalent.

• Preferably with Card or Banking Solution Experience.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Ability to lead the team to ensure timely deliverables within the SOP
• Define and manage resource plan together with the Project Manager aligning to the project schedule.
• Performs impact analysis on new initiative, design and development
• Supports or delivers development according to System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Delivers business systems enhancements, integration and implementation according to users requirements
• Reviews internal test plan & result and support SIT and UAT for any assigned projects
• Responsible in managing technical risks throughout any project
• Ensures compliance of SOP within organisation.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent, with minimum 6 years of work experience with Spring framework or equivalent
• Candidate should have strong technical knowledge in the following areas: Java, Hibernate, Postgre SQL and etc
• Preferably with Card or Banking Solution Experience
• Preferably with at least one full SDLC implementation experience in any project
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision but still able to deliver good results
• Able to make sound proposal and critical decisions with supervisor’s guidance
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good analytical/investigative skill
