PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- Provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for overall investment, management and monitoring TRX’s asset portfolio.
- Formulate and drive real estate investments, asset management, commercial strategies, governance frameworks, and ecosystem partnerships to optimise generation of optimise ROI and value for the real estate asset class.
- Strengthen commercial protocols, ensure adherence to best practices, and support TRXC’s short, medium, and long-term corporate goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Asset Management & Commercial Leadership
- Strategize asset enhancement initiatives in order to increase and optimise the value of TRXC’s asset portfolio through costing, budgeting the related CAPEX and OPEX.
- Assets and properties are managed and enhanced optimally through sustainability and other initiatives.
- Oversee investment prioritisation, and long-term asset optimisation strategies.
- Drive lifecycle management and enhancement of TRXC’s assets to support the company business growth.
Commercial Governance & Risk Management
- Establish governance structures, commercial protocols, and compliance frameworks for all assets managed.
- Review business models, commercial feasibility assessments, valuations, and risk analysis for major initiatives.
- Lead performance monitoring and strategy that includes development and implementation of performance strategies, KPI setting and monitoring and analysis of performance.
- Ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment across all commercial documentation and deal structures.
Strategic Deals, Negotiations & Partnership
- Lead high-value negotiations and strategic partnerships.
- Guide the preparation and endorsement of investment proposals and respective documentations for Board, EXCO, Joint Venture and internal approvals.
- Strengthen relationships with regulators, plot owners, joint venture partners, and key external stakeholders to advance TRX’s commercial objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Project Implementation, District Management, Marketing & Communications, Legal, Finance, and other units to ensure seamless delivery of commercial initiatives.
Leadership, Team Development & Performance Management
- Lead and develop a high-performing asset management team, including direct oversight of VPs and Senior Associates.
- Drive capability building, ensure succession readiness, and foster a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation.
- Monitor and assess team performance against revenue targets, KPIs, and strategic outcomes.
