Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing Sales Order Management functions to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
- Ensure proper inventory control and management, including monitoring inventory levels at third‑party warehouses to guarantee timely customer order fulfilment and enhance customer service.
- Direct logistics operations with the goal of improving stock accuracy, productivity, and overall efficiency.
- Negotiate competitive prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, forwarders, and transporters to optimize cost effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier and vendor performance, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Foster professional communication with suppliers and vendors to discuss performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, identify potential issues, and explore resolutions and opportunities.
- Develop, write, and review departmental procedures to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Analyze existing processes for potential streamlining and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency for operational excellence.
- Engage in both short‑term and long‑term planning to optimize operational resources and implement cost reduction strategies.
- Provide actionable data and insightful management reports, including root cause analyses, turnaround times (TAT), and order fulfilment rates (OFR).
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, ISO procedures, safety guidelines, and other applicable policies.
- Monitor KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing effective solutions as needed.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring completion within established parameters.
- Ensure smooth communication with related stakeholders such Sales, ISD, Product Owners, Finance etc.
- Collaborate with the BSA Regional team in developing and refining inventory management guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in All Business Field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in Supply Chain Management.
