Qualifications

We’re looking for an energetic and responsible Pickleball Court Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our vibrant pickleball venue. You’ll oversee court activities, guide the service crew, ensure smooth bookings, and deliver top-notch service to our players and guests. If you love sports, enjoy interacting with people, and have a knack for keeping things running efficiently, this role is for you!

What you'll be doing:

• Supervise court activities, schedules, and equipment setup
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of all court areas
• Train and guide court attendants and maintenance crew
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper staffing
• Greet and assist players and guests with a positive attitude
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Record attendance, bookings, and daily reports
• Coordinate with management and contractors for maintenance or events
• Enforce safety rules and respond promptly to emergencies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sports, recreation, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Responsible, organized, and customer-focused
• Knowledge of pickleball rules and equipment (training provided)
• Diploma in Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Physically fit and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
