Job summary

A human resource management firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Manager to partner with line managers on workforce planning and manage employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resource Management and at least 3-5 years of HR experience, particularly in the manufacturing & trading sector. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is required. This role offers the opportunity to drive talent development initiatives and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing & trading sector.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in multi-entity HR operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with line managers on workforce planning and candidate assessment.
• Manage employee benefits administration, including leave and insurance.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English

Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws

Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS

Confidentiality and professionalism

Fluency in Mandarin

Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia

Education
