Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop maintenance plan for entire mechanical system in the factory then implement the plan with evidence record keeping.
2. Actively look for improvement and avoidance of unplanned downtime for facilities equipment.
3. Develop capacity monitoring for facilities system and planned for added capacity whenever it is required.
4. Develop an effective checklist for the facilities system that will be used for shift technicians for monitoring the health status of facilities equipment.
5. Budget planning for operation, maintenance and improvement project related to facilities system
6. Work with multiple departments (e.g. production, IE and etc) to carry out machine utilities hook up and relay-out.
7. Update drawing whenever there are changes to the utilities line or facilities system
8. Maintain all the related licenses to be updated as per legal requirement for all facilities equipment.
9. Manage Janitorial teams and work with janitorial team to have an effective cleaning programs for the Plant.
10. Other duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Works in standard office environment and uses general office equipment (phone, PC copier, fax machine etc.)

Works in a fast-paced engineering/manufacturing lab environment.

Overtime may be necessary in times of increased demand.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical engineering with 10 years experiences in semiconductor industry facilities management or Diploma in mechanical/mechatronic/Electrical engineering with 15 years experiences in semiconductor industry facilities management.

Excellent communication skill both oral and written.

Good troubleshooting skills and preventive maintenance skills

EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering with 10 years experiences in semiconductor industry facilities management or

Diploma in engineering with 15 years experiences in semiconductor industry facilities management.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering.

Primarily works in a fast-paced office environment and a manufacturing environment which may be noisy and fast paced.

Works in a standard office environment and uses general office equipment (telephone, PC, copier, fax machine, etc.).

Needs to respond to emergency admin & project related situations
