A leading semiconductor firm in Malaysia is seeking a Facilities Manager to develop and implement maintenance plans for mechanical systems. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical engineering and at least 10 years of experience in facilities management within the semiconductor industry. Responsibilities include managing janitorial teams, budget planning for operations, and developing effective maintenance strategies. Works in standard office environment and uses general office equipment (phone, PC copier, fax machine etc.)
Works in a fast-paced engineering/manufacturing lab environment.
Overtime may be necessary in times of increased demand.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical engineering with 10 years experiences in semiconductor industry facilities management or Diploma in mechanical/mechatronic/Electrical engineering with 15 years experiences in semiconductor industry facilities management.
Excellent communication skill both oral and written.
Good troubleshooting skills and preventive maintenance skills
