Job description

Overview

Do you want to work in a high-trust culture where you'll feel empowered to make decisions that result in impact?

Support in performing system testing, system enhancement and process improvement of the department; support in data analysis and reporting; underwrite life insurance risk according to the concurred authority.

Responsibilities

• Supports the team in User Acceptance Test (UAT) system testing for new product launch, system enhancement and initiatives as and when required for on-boarding process.
• Support in improving system automation, projects and initiatives for underwriting department.
• Support in regular system monitoring, reporting, data collection and data analysis for underwriting department.
• Underwrite life insurance risks up to the concurred authority.
• Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering of any discipline, or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Basic biology knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for data analysis and generating actionable insights.
