Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor with strong technical knowledge in tile installation, skim coat application, waterproofing, and other construction finishing works. This role requires hands‑on supervision at our project site in Sg. Long, ensuring correct product applications, quality workmanship, and smooth site coordination.

The ideal candidate will guide contractors/applicators, monitor progress, resolve on‑site issues, and ensure all work meets project and product specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide contractors/applicators on tile adhesive installation, skim coat works, waterproofing, grouting, and other finishing applications.
  • Ensure correct application methods according to product specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and provide on‑site technical support.
  • Demonstrate proper product application techniques when required.
  • Monitor daily site progress, workmanship, and quality.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations.
  • Attend monthly joint valuation with client and QS at site (Sg. Long) to verify completed work for valuation.
  • Prepare and confirm site measurements/work done to support claims and valuation reports.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in construction finishing works (tile installation, skim coat, waterproofing, etc.).
  • Able to work Monday to Saturday, 8.00am – 5.00pm, and willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Possesses own transport (motorcycle preferred).
  • Able to work daily at the Sg. Long project site.
  • Must be transferable and able to move to other project sites if required.
  • Good understanding of site operations and product application methods.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English (simple communication acceptable).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 (based on experience).
  • Monthly allowance: RM200.
