A leading construction company in Malaysia is seeking a site coordinator to manage multiple construction sites. The candidate will conduct site inspections, handle site administration, and verify material deliveries. Fresh graduates are welcome, and strong communication skills are essential. Benefits include a basic salary, EPF, SOCSO, allowances, medical claims, and more. Working days are Monday to Saturday with specific working hours.
Candidate must be able to coordinate site works for one (1) or more construction sites.
Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
Must be good in handling of site administration (e.g., site diary record, progress report, request for information, drawing interpretation, VO record, site measurement etc.).
Receive and check materials quality and quantity delivered to site.
Verify and get approval on Delivery Order (DO) of materials arrived at site with representative of Main Contractor.
Verify and get approval on monthly progress claims with Main Contractor before the stipulated deadline.
Liaison and attend site meetings with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors, and relevant authorities.
Coordinate with Clients, Sub-cons, and related parties to ensure all works carried out accordingly to the projects requirement and meet the completion time.
Responsible to manage materials, machineries, tools, and site equipment effectively.
Ensure that staff and sub-contractors carry out their work in a safely manner.
Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong communication skills and execution abilities.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Working Days: 5.5 days (Monday – Saturday)
Working Hours: 8.30AM – 5.30PM (Monday – Friday), Every Saturday (8:30am to 3:00pm)
