A leading industrial automation company is seeking a seasoned professional for a service management role. This position involves implementing service strategies to optimize profitability while leading a team focused on customer satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate has more than 12 years of experience in the power generation and Oil & Gas sectors, along with a strong educational background in electrical or power electronics. This role offers a hybrid work model based in Malaysia, emphasizing growth in service quality and customer relationships.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries Excitation Business for Asia. The position is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
