A leading retail company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a creative Visual Merchandiser to enhance their in-store environment. The successful candidate will develop visual merchandising strategies, design impactful window displays, and manage in-store merchandising to create memorable shopping experiences. With over 3 years of experience in premium womenswear or luxury retail, a strong portfolio, and an eye for design, you'll be a key asset in driving engagement and brand loyalty. Travel between Singapore and Johor stores is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of visual merchandising experience in premium womenswear or luxury retail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing window displays, in-store merchandising, and styling.
• Excellent eye for composition, colour, and spatial design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand values.
• Lead all capsule collection launches for cohesive storytelling.
• Design impactful window displays to attract customer traffic.
• Manage in-store merchandising, floor sets, and product flow.
• Create floral arrangements to enhance store ambience.
