We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive niche, full-cycle recruitment within the iGaming, Payments, and FinTech space. This role requires strong strategic thinking, deep industry understanding, and exceptional sourcing capabilities.
You will be partnering closely with Tech, Compliance, and Commercial leaders to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-moving, specialised environment.
Job Responsibilities
Core Recruitment (80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Source, headhunt, screen, and close candidates technical, compliance, and commercial positions (e.g., Payment Affiliate Managers).
- Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines for specialised functions.
- Manage approximately 15–20 active roles, with an emphasis on quality and precision.
- Ensure structured candidate tracking, compliance, and recruitment reporting.
Strategic Talent Advisory (20%)
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to hiring managers.
- Support employer branding initiatives relevant to our niche sector.
- Improve and optimise the candidate experience.
- Advise stakeholders with strong communication and expectation management.
