  • Senior-level experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently.
  • Proven hiring experience in iGaming, FinTech, or High-Tech industries.
  • Not suitable: generalist, corporate, hospitality, or retail backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Source and close candidates for technical, compliance, and commercial positions.
  • Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines.

  • iGaming industry (top preference)
  • FinTech / Payments / Financial Services (fraud, AML, payment gateways)
  • High-Tech / IT recruitment focusing on niche and commercial roles

Not suitable :

Generalist, corporate, hospitality, or retail recruitment backgrounds.

  • Strong headhunting and networking skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.
  • Data-informed decision making (but not overly reliant on metrics).
  • Agile, creative, and solutions-driven approach to sourcing.
  • Highly resilient and persistent in competitive talent markets.
  • Able to balance process-driven compliance with innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Standard business hours (flexible).
  • Occasional evening sessions depending on candidate timezone availability.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive niche, full-cycle recruitment within the iGaming, Payments, and FinTech space. This role requires strong strategic thinking, deep industry understanding, and exceptional sourcing capabilities.

You will be partnering closely with Tech, Compliance, and Commercial leaders to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-moving, specialised environment.

Job Responsibilities

Core Recruitment (80%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Source, headhunt, screen, and close candidates technical, compliance, and commercial positions (e.g., Payment Affiliate Managers).
  • Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines for specialised functions.
  • Manage approximately 15–20 active roles, with an emphasis on quality and precision.
  • Ensure structured candidate tracking, compliance, and recruitment reporting.

Strategic Talent Advisory (20%)

  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives relevant to our niche sector.
  • Improve and optimise the candidate experience.
  • Advise stakeholders with strong communication and expectation management.
