Job summary

A security services company in Malaysia is seeking a Security Operations Clerk to provide administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include managing personnel documentation, assisting with visa and work permits for foreign guards, and coordinating C&U licence applications. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in security operations and strong organizational skills. Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in a private security company, preferably in an operational or administrative capacity.
  • Familiar with C&U licence application and renewal procedures.
  • Experience handling foreign worker visa and permit processes.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities
