Job description

Responsibilities

• To be able to meet the monthly sales quota.
• Generate sales and profitable margins by managing and expanding existing buness and targeting and opening new business.
• To liaise with existing customers to ensure business continuation.
• To prepare quotation for customer and monitoring on collection.
• Coordinate with Production Planner and Sales Coordinator for production planning.
• Attend customer’s complaint and raise and follow up on quality claim form.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
• To conduct survey on customer as a monitoring and survey to customer satisfaction and requirement.
• Identities product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
• Prepares reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organization.
• Collection.
• Preparation for cylinder engraving i.e. going through artwork with Printing Department and cylinder maker.

Competency Requirements

• Japanese language proficiency required (JLPT N2/N1 preferred).
• English B2.
• At least 2 years in sales or related field.
• Education: Minimum Senior Middle 3 or SPM or equivalent.
• Market analysis & basic computer knowledge on added advantage.
• A strong sense of responsibility and able to travel.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin other languages is added advantage.
