Job description

As the Sales Manager at COMPEX TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets. This full-time role is based in Kulai, Johor and will play a pivotal part in the company's ongoing success and expansion.

What you'll be doing

Ensure establishment of QC inspection plans which are adequate to meet customer requirements

Review and record on nonconforming products and verify corrective actions taken

Formulation and revision of inspection standards

Control of inspection instruments

Handling quality anomalies (customer complaints, incoming material issues and process abnormalities)

Implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 Quality Management System (ISO documentation preparation, review, internal audit, external audit and optimization)

Perform incoming, in-process, outgoing inspection and maintain relevant records

Develop and monitor the Quality plan and sampling plan

Ensure the establishment of Quality Objectives and Quality Policy are effectively implemented

Handling ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors, etc

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of manufacturing related experience in quality management and system control

ISO9001 Quality and Environmental Management System knowledge, basic quality control methods (such 7 QC tools, etc)

Have certain process analysis ability and document management and control ability
