Responsibilities
  • Define brand vision and translating it into compelling campaigns that captivate target audiences.
  • Develop and deploy comprehensive, long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data (e.g., sales, market share, brand equity metrics) to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and consumer research to identify new growth opportunities, consumer insights, and competitive advantages.
  • Champion brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Lead the annual marketing planning and budgeting process, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Drive a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and a test-and-learn approach to marketing.
  • Stay at the forefront of marketing trends, emerging technologies, and consumer habits to keep our brands relevant and exciting.
  • Partner with R&D and Product Development teams to bring new, innovative products and concepts to market successfully.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing and mature marketing team. Foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

A successful Sr Marketing Manager hould have:
