Responsibilities
- Define brand vision and translating it into compelling campaigns that captivate target audiences.
- Develop and deploy comprehensive, long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data (e.g., sales, market share, brand equity metrics) to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and consumer research to identify new growth opportunities, consumer insights, and competitive advantages.
- Champion brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Lead the annual marketing planning and budgeting process, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Drive a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and a test-and-learn approach to marketing.
- Stay at the forefront of marketing trends, emerging technologies, and consumer habits to keep our brands relevant and exciting.
- Partner with R&D and Product Development teams to bring new, innovative products and concepts to market successfully.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing and mature marketing team. Foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
A successful Sr Marketing Manager hould have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise of at least 12 years in managing marketing strategies within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive decision-making.
- Mature team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation for marketing projects.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
