A manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and lead marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Panel Plus Company Limited is Wood Substitute Material Industry. Which established in 1990 as a subsidiary of Mitr Phol Group (The third largest sugar company in the world.) Panel Plus operates the business of manufacturing and distributing Particle Board, MDF board and melamine-coated panel with high technology and friendly to environment. Recently, we decided to establish new lines of production to produce melamine paper and melamine faced chipboard to serve customers with a wider range of demands. Responsibilities:
Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Strategically plan, create, and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives and market trends.
Oversee and guide the creation of high-impact content for digital channels, brochures, advertising materials, and promotional catalogs.
Manage and execute promotional initiatives, including the design and distribution of POP/POSM materials at retail locations.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Lead brand-building efforts, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with sales teams, including participation in provincial road trips to support field activities and gather market insights.
Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of marketing projects.
Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website management, SEO strategies, and social media engagement.
Manage marketing budgets, prepare performance reports, and deliver presentations to stakeholders on campaign outcomes.
Support cross-functional initiatives and perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in campaign management, brand development, and digital marketing.
Experience in content creation and creative direction for various media formats (digital, print, POSM).
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and optimize marketing strategies.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with sales, creative, and external partners.
Willingness to travel occasionally to support field marketing and sales initiatives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
