Responsibilities
  • Manage the casual leasing of promotional spaces within the shopping centre.
  • Plan and implement community-driven events and campaigns aligned with the centre’s marketing objectives and brand positioning.
  • Oversee the setup of events, roadshows, fairs, and activities, ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments, external vendors, exhibitors, and contractors.
  • Foster strong relationships with tenants and exhibitors to drive the take-up of promotional spaces.
  • Build strategic partnerships with community groups, tenants, vendors, and event organisers to co-create themed events and roadshows that meet advertising and promotional needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate event outcomes to maximise occupancy rates and ensure optimal returns.
  • Maintain and enhance experiential zones during periods of non-occupancy to sustain visitor engagement.
  • Engage with tenants and potential advertisers to promote advertising opportunities within the centre.
  • Keep abreast of current retail advertising trends to maintain relevance and competitiveness.
  • Supervise the installation of advertising media and coordinate logistics with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure all advertisements are appropriate and consistent with the shopping centre’s image and positioning.
  • Cultivate relationships with tenants and advertisers to secure sponsorships aligned with annual targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in shopping centre or retail marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage and present to various stakeholders across all levels.
