Job description

To manage the leasing activities of PHB's asset portfolio in particular focusing on retail assets and to work closely with site team.

Duties

Plan, develop and oversee leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and rental income for the company's property portfolio.

Manage and coordinate all leasing operations, including new tenant acquisition, renewals and tenancy administration.

Liaise with internal departments, external lawyers and real estate consultants to ensure smooth leasing processes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and market partners to support tenant retention and property growth.

Monitor leasing performance, occupancy trends and market developments to provide management with informed insights.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing leasing strategies for new tenants and tenancy renewals.

Develop, manage and monitor leasing operations, policies and procedures.

Review and formalize tenancy agreements, letter of offers and renewal documents.

Coordinate with internal teams, external lawyers and real estate agents to ensure smooth leasing processes.

Maintain strong tenant relationships and manage tenant acquisition efforts.

Monitor occupancy, forecast rental income and provide management with leasing performance updates.

Requirements

A recognized Bachelor’s degree in Valuation/ Estate Management/ Property Management/ Marketing/ Mass Communication/ Business Studies/ Leasing & Operations or any related field.

At least minimum 10 years of working experiences.
