Job summary

A leading construction firm in Malaysia is looking for a Senior Project & Tender Quantity Surveyor (M&E). Reporting to the manager, you will prepare quotations, evaluate supplier bids, and manage bill of quantities for projects. Essential qualifications include a diploma in Quantity Surveying and at least 5 years of experience in M&E construction tendering. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to work independently. Qualifications

• 5 years of M&E Construction Project Tendering/Costing experience required.
• Understanding of tenders with respect to scope of work is essential.
• Knowledge of Design & Build Tender is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plans and documents for quotations to suppliers.
• Compile and evaluate quotations from suppliers/vendors.
• Prepare bill of quantities including quantity take-off and estimating costs.
