• Minimum 10 years of work experience in Construction, specialising in railway, depot projects or related fields.
• For Senior Inspector of Works, minimum 15 years of work experience in Construction, specialising in railway, depot projects or related fields.
• Background in C&S, Viaduct, M&E or Material/QAQC is preferred.

Senior / Inspector of Works

We are seeking a Senior / Inspector of Works for a project based in Penang with a minimum 10 years of experience. The Inspecting Officer of Works is responsible for providing onsite supervision by closely monitoring daily construction operations to safeguard against defects and deficiencies in contractors’ work. This role ensures that all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and standards, with the objective of completing projects on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality.
