Job summary

A leading company in the construction industry in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Sales & Marketing candidate. This role involves achieving sales targets and nurturing relationships with developers and contractors. You will be responsible for preparing sales presentations, conducting market research, and assisting in marketing campaigns. Ideal candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the IBS industry, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills. This position requires travel as well.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years in sales & marketing, preferably in the IBS industry.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Acotec Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Marketing candidate for the Central Region. This individual will be responsible for planning and effectively implementing the Company’s sales and marketing programs. The role includes developing new business opportunities and providing technical advice and / or assistance to customers, prospects and authorized agents appointed by the company.

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for achieving sales results in accordance with set targets by the Head, Sales & Marketing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions to promote IBS solutions.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and project progress.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years in sales & marketing, preferably in IBS industry.

Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (added advantage)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)

Possess own transport and willing to travel.
