  • Manage various digital platforms, executing online campaigns and analysing data to drive patient acquisition and enhance hospital’s online presence.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve patient acquisition goals and enhance hospital's online visibility and reputation.
  • Manage the hospital's digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and blogs, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with the hospital's brand.
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Support the implementation and management of digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing projects such as website development, SEO optimisation, and content creation.
Job Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications or related field.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients; competency in other languages/dialects is a significant added advantage.
  • Strong media relations and PR skills.
