Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor (1KM from UPM MRT STATION)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Work Days: Monday – Friday (5-day work week)

Working Hours: 8 AM – 6 PM

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and launch high-performing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze data and continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and results.
  • Scale advertising budgets strategically to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate closely with designers to plan and produce effective marketing materials, including pictures and videos.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics.
  • Ensure campaigns meet objectives and consistently exceed performance targets.
  • Align SEO, SEM, and performance marketing initiatives with overall brand strategy.
  • Oversee content marketing efforts (videos, content) to support brand awareness and lead generation.
Job Requirements
  • Fluency in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • No strict academic qualifications required; a degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in planning and executing Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Proficient in Facebook Business Manager and familiar with other advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Instagram Ads.
  • Experience using marketing and analytics tools for data analysis (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and emerging marketing tools, with the ability to drive innovation and stay ahead of trends.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, comfortable with repetitive tasks, detail‑oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
