Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive C&S Engineer to join our team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang or Kuala Lumpur.

Applicants may choose their preferred branch location.

Responsibilities

Assist Section Head in monitoring project progress and coordinating resources.

Ensure projects meet timelines, quality, and budget targets.

Handle C&S designs including structural, earthworks, water supply, sewerage, and drainage.

Prepare detailed designs using Prota, Esteem, StaadPro, MTIS2, and AutoCAD.

Manage timely submission of designs/drawings to authorities.

Prepare installation reports for the Project/Construction Manager.

Plan ahead to avoid delays.

Lead and mentor team members.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and structural design software (Prota, Esteem, StaadPro, MTIS2); familiarity with Java & Struts.

Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

1–3 years’ relevant experience (Junior Executive level preferred).

Strong problem-solving and independent work skills.

Knowledge of local authority submission processes.

Willing to travel or relocate within Malaysia.
