Senior Business Development Executive (MNC - Manufacturing)
- Drive sales and provide end-to-end support for the company's product portfolio, including integrated solution services.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle—from initial engagement to quotation, negotiation, and closing—in collaboration with the Inside Sales team.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, monitor opportunities, and enhance sales pipeline efficiency.
- Assist in resolving outstanding payments and contribute to inventory optimization by reducing aged stock.
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and agreements, and deliver impactful product and service presentations to clients.
- Provide expert guidance to customers, ensuring solutions are aligned with their operational needs.
- Establish strong rapport with clients, set clear sales targets, and continuously work to improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic business decisions.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and progress against targets.
- Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, operations, and finance to achieve business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and uncover new opportunities.
- Support senior leadership in planning, forecasting, and managing key accounts as needed.

- At least 1-2 years experience in sales/business development in trading, manufacturing, or industrial products.
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales/business development to be considered for a senior position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in negotiation and persuasive presentations
- Proficient in consultative and solution-based selling
- Ability to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Experienced in lead generation, qualification, and market development
- Competent in managing sales pipelines and forecasting
- Skilled in contract negotiation and closing deals
- Capable of writing proposals and building business cases
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance)
