Position Overview

The Sales & Marketing Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting sales operations, machine delivery coordination, documentation management, and marketing activities. This position ensures all administrative processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate new/used/RPO machine delivery, PDI arrangements & Puspakom inspections
• Prepare delivery documents and manage JPJ registration
• Raise Purchase Orders, handle item receiving & assist with Finance with invoices
• Update delivery schedules, inventory lists & system records (DMS/SLT)
• Arrange import/export permits, shipping documents & liaise with forwarding agents
• Assist Sales team with PDI/Service enquiries
• Support marketing events, brochures, merchandise & general admin tasks

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales administration or sales operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Experience in heavy equipment or machinery industry is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SLT, DMS, or EBD systems is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with all levels of employees.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
