Oversee boutique operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
Maintain the boutique’s appearance, ensuring all displays meet Amee Philips’ luxury standards.
Manage inventory, compliance, and vendor partnerships to optimize operational efficiency.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance client experiences.
Take charge of monthly/seasonal visual merchandising, ensuring displays are engaging and refreshed regularly to highlight new collections.
Maintain in-store aesthetics that align with Amee Philips' luxury identity and captivate client interest.
Deliver an unparalleled luxury shopping experience, focusing on personalisation and attention to detail.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their needs are met with discretion and professionalism.
Strategise and implement client development plans, including follow-ups and tailored VIP services, to build long-term client relationships.
Leverage clienteling tools to enhance the customer database and deepen connections with clients.
Develop and execute strategies to engage high-net-worth individuals, leveraging relationships with VIPs, influencers, and centres of influence.
Champion the boutique as an experience centre, curating bespoke events and hosting private viewings to create unforgettable moments for clients.
Resolve client concerns with empathy and discretion, turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass boutique KPIs.
Analyse market trends and identify opportunities to enhance boutique performance.
Champion the promotion of key product categories, designing action plans to maximise their visibility and sales.
Monitor and report performance metrics to the team, providing actionable insights to sustain and ensure sales and targets are met.
Provide insights to the Director on boutique trends, challenges, and client feedback including actionable plans to overcome such challenges.
Partner with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive foot traffic and client engagement.
Support marketing initiatives, including luxury events, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations with external partners.
Working together with the marketing team on planning and execution of exclusive client events ensuring it reflects Amee Philips' high standards.
Personal client engagement during events, building relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
Represent Amee Philips with integrity and professionalism, embodying the brand’s values in all interactions.
Ensure the boutique maintains the highest standards of luxury and reflects the brand's commitment to excellence.
Minimum 4 years as a Manager or similar role within the luxury retail industry.
Strong people management, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Possess the drive to ensure monthly revenue growth of the boutique.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor, inspire and motivate a team.
Profound knowledge of current luxury market, trends, and products.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to lead a minimum of 5 headcount in the store.
