  • Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and propose solutions tailored to customer needs

  • Collaborate with internal departments (design, production, logistics) to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Present mock‑ups, samples, or product demos as part of the client engagement process
  • Perform up‑selling and cross‑selling to maximize revenue per customer
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Attend industry events or trade shows to represent the company and generate leads
  • Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
Requirements
