Job Description
Sales Engineer
  • Plan, implement and organize customer or consultant visit/meeting to close new sales to achieve sales targets.
  • Initiate and manage contacts from commercial customer and end users.
  • Assist in arranging seminars, product introductions for groups of consultants, end users & etc.
  • Sales management including sales report and project report and execution of sales orders.
  • Attend to sales inquiries and develop new sales channels.
  • Propose and implement ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Meet the sales target set by the Management.
Customer Service
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and product returns.
  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Generate sales reports and analytics to support decision‑making.
Administrative Tasks
  • Prepare and manage documentation for sales transactions.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files related to sales activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Product Knowledge
  • Stay informed about the company's products, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.
  • Provide product training and support to new sales team members.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the sales and product development teams to improve offerings.
