  • Possess a Diploma in Engineering or a related field, providing a foundational understanding of technical concepts relevant to lubrication solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction with a diverse clientele.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to business development, with a willingness to identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the manufacturing and production sectors.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations on Lubrication Engineers Inc. (LE) products and services, showcasing their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Lubrication Engineers Inc. (LE) products, services, and their applications in various manufacturing and production settings.
  • Be willing to travel within Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei to meet with clients and attend industry events, representing Olijaya Engineering Sdn. Bhd.
Responsibility
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing and production sectors in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei, focusing on companies that can benefit from LE's lubrication solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a primary point of contact for their lubrication needs and providing ongoing support and technical assistance.
  • Conduct site visits and lubrication surveys to assess client's current lubrication practices, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate LE products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of LE's lubrication solutions and their impact on equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives and maximize sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase market awareness and generate leads for LE products.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager, tracking progress against sales targets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the lubrication market to maintain a competitive edge and provide informed recommendations to clients.
