Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
  • Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods efficiently during stock arrivals and placement.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock products as needed.
  • Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed at eye level.
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
  • Assist in the arrangement of product displays and store promotions.
  • Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neatly arranged.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
  • Willing to work at Kajang, Selangor.
