Implement and monitor the company’s Safety & Health Management System at the construction site.

Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, and enforce corrective actions.

Prepare and update all safety-related documents, including HIRARC, HAZMAT, PTW, emergency response plans, and safety reports.

Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions for site workers and subcontractors.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

Liaise with DOSH, BOMBA, consultants, and main/sub-contractors on safety matters.

Ensure all machinery, equipment, and site activities comply with safety standards and legal requirements.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of safety audits, permits, and inspections.

Initiate continuous improvement measures to enhance the site’s safety culture.
