A local bakery chain in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer service representative to recommend products and handle sales processes. You will be responsible for answering inquiries and maintaining cleanliness while ensuring food safety. The ideal candidate should have at least SPM or equivalent, experience in a related field, and be able to communicate in Malay, English, or Mandarin. A flexible schedule is required, including overtime during weekends and holidays.
Recommend products to customers and complete the sales process.
Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Process customer payments and ensure accurate change is given.
Keep up to date with product information.
Ensure timely product shelving and neat presentation.
Maintain cleanliness in the store and work areas, ensuring food safety.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with people at all levels.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and holidays.
