A leading sports apparel brand is seeking a Retail Associate for their newly renovated store in Sunway Pyramid, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a brand ambassador to enhance customer engagement. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma and at least one year of retail experience, preferably in sports. Sales-driven individuals with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Your Impact

The Retail Associate is responsible in providing superior customer service, placing importance on brand experience and customer engagement. He/she will also serve as the brand ambassador, building strong relationships with the customers and meeting store targets by generating sales opportunities.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Consistently demonstrate the Under Armour selling standards in order to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals
• Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products
• Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends and current promotions based on the customer’s individual style
• Remain knowledgeable on products so as to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales
• Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floor sets, markdown optimization and replenishment systems while maintaining backroom standards

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field
• Able to communicate in local dialects will be an advantage
• At least one year experience in retail industry
• Preferable with working experience in sports retail
• Able to work with retail hours such as weekends and public holidays
• Sales-oriented and good communication skill
• Good working attitude, responsibility and punctuality
