Qualifications

• Must submit an updated resume in English.
• Completion of English Language Proficiency with a technical proficiency rating of 3 or higher.
• Must successfully complete a Mockoral interpretation session.
• Completion of online Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology Assessment with a passing score.
• Must pass a full background check and security screen.
• Need to sign a commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide consecutive, first-person interpretation.
• Follow all interpreter protocols and procedures.
• Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to ethics.
• Continuously improve vocabulary and specialized subject matter knowledge.
