What you'll be doing
  • Actively source and screen candidates to build a robust pipeline of qualified individuals for various roles within the company
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the right fit for each position
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft effective job postings
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to reach diverse and high-calibre talent pools
  • Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on the recruitment process and metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance in recruitment
