Position: Research Executive

Responsibilities
  • Understand job descriptions and hiring managers needs to research and source the right talent pool.
  • Source and evaluate candidates for open positions.
  • Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with both candidates and consultants.
  • Review employment applications and perform background checks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) prior to submission.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and propose effective solutions to improve hiring results.
  • Achieve the monthly target set by management.
  • Update candidate information in the VC database (company shared drive).
  • Submit dashboard reports and update the PIC track sheet on a weekly basis.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management.
  • Hands‑on experience with posting jobs on social media platforms and job boards.
  • Energetic, positive, sociable, and a critical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
